I was asked earlier this week if I would participate in a discussion hosted by Nancy Redd on a HuffPost Live streamed interview with a woman who also lost her spouse very soon after they got married. We were also joined by a psychotherapist in the discussion who gave excellent advice for anyone dealing with the grief and loss of a loved one.
