Here, I hope to share our story &#8211; a whirlwind romance that began with friendship, blossomed into love, and was cut far too short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lindsey and I first met in 2013 when she hired me for some home repairs. Despite an instant connection, we started as friends due to our 20-year age gap and her relationship status at the time. But as we worked side-by-side on a bathroom remodel, our bond deepened. Just 18 days after our first official date, I proposed. A month later, we spontaneously married in my parents&#8217; front yard. Though our time together was brief &#8211; only 168 days of marriage &#8211; it was filled with joy, laughter, and profound love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through this website, I aim to honor Lindsey&#8217;s memory by recounting our experiences together and the impact she had on my life.
